I have been banking with GTFCU for 5 years and I use the app. Always and I mean ALWAYS it’s down then I need to use it the most.
Can’t use Face ID to open
Not sure why I can’t login to my bank with face recognition anymore. I shouldn’t get errors when the app and phone are up to date. Latest update worked great for 1 maybe 2 months. Back to entering my data every time I use app.
Fix the login!
Why even ask if I want to enable biometric login when it never works anyway.

Still can’t log in with saved credentials. Expect to type in your username and password every time you open the app or switch back. Update: Still not fixed! They don’t care. Update several months later: Guess what? Still not fixed.
The app is simply bad
UPDATE 2/23/26 -the app just hasn’t been updated in 6 months even with a known issue.

Updated App NO GOOD!!
This new updated app is no good. I liked and was use to the old one. This new one has to many glitches very annoying when you cannot log in to your bank accounts! Not a happy camper!!!

New update is terrible
The app never remembers my user name, or that I’ve allowed bio-metrics for sign on. Every time I use it it’s like it’s the first time I opened it. Please patch this issue ASAP!
Ridiculously inconvenient
Six months ago or more this app was great. The Face ID worked flawlessly. Since multiple updates, the Face ID sporadically works, the username doesn’t save half the time and being required to use a third authentication is super time-consuming and inconvenient. Currently, I’m not even able to login at all. Each update seems to get consistently worse. Please fix this. I shouldn’t have to call during banking hours to find out my balance because your app is inadequate.

Horrid update
Ever scythe new update biometrics has NOT worked ONCE! All the phone calls & resetting PWs, etc, no help! I will be looking for a new institution!

This app used to be great until recently. Starting up the app it always clears my username, password and biometric log in access. It’s become a nuisance to log in every time knowing that the features to save your log in info doesn’t work.
This app needs help
This app has a problem with Face ID and when you use your user name and password it gives an error. I have to delete the app and start over with user ID and new password and this happens frequently.

Update is Trash
Doesn’t saves my username or password so face recognition is pointless. No matter how many times I save user name and enable face recognition I have to sign in manually then it it makes me go through a 3rd verification process with a text code. Please fix. Now after posting review, my password magically is incorrect which has been the same and I’ve been typing in manually for months because of update
