New issues
Same issues as many others years. Always a cropping error. Sometimes it works, sometimes not on mobile deposit. Worked in software for 30 years, I don’t require tech support or a response.
Glitches every 3-4 times I try to open
The app is often very good and helpful, but the sign-in page seems to glitch out every 3-4 times I try to open it. I use a pin, but every so often, I get either a time-out error or a biometrics access required error. The last thing I want is to be forced to add biometrics to my phone by my banking app. Please allow us to opt out of this in future updates. Thank you.

Seems to have glitches
I find every aspect of the app fine except for the fact I cannot cash checks as when it brings me to the screen to document the check the app becomes unresponsive.
Simple and easy to use
This is a very simple and basic app. No frills. View balances, make transfers, track your credit history, find branches, make mobile deposits. Pretty much what’s needed to keep up with basic banking.
Logging in
Last update whatever yall did, I physically have to login now every time! I removed the app reinstalled and same! Why do yall make things worse everyone you make an update!?!? Are you personally even using the app? Probably not!
