Simple and easy to use
This is a very simple and basic app. No frills. View balances, make transfers, track your credit history, find branches, make mobile deposits. Pretty much what’s needed to keep up with basic banking.
Logging in
Last update whatever yall did, I physically have to login now every time! I removed the app reinstalled and same! Why do yall make things worse everyone you make an update!?!? Are you personally even using the app? Probably not!
stop kicking me out
this began out of the blue recently but this app has asked for my username & pw multiple times, without prompting my 5 digit pin as it usually does. it’s gone past annoying & needs to stop. otherwise this app has been fine.
Great Improvement
A year ago the app had some bugs but I’ve seen great improvement and it’s easy to use.
Why !!! End of day at 8 pm on a Saturday
This company doesn’t make sense… why are you running end of day ay 8 pm on a Saturday when people are out having dinner and doing things .. and instead of being able to use my card in a public place I’m humiliated because my card is not working but it’s because they running end of day at 8 pick a real time that works for the people that use your service not during a time when we are outside on a Saturday

Unable to Update
I liked the app, used it often, and I especially appreciated being able to deposit checks remotely, but the new update requires a newer operating system than any of my devices are capable of supporting. Could you please make available a version that can be used on older devices, or make it possible to deposit checks by logging in via web browser, instead of the mobile app? Short of finding an ATM, or buying a new mobile device ($$$!) what are my options?

Worst banking app
Nothing but bugs and sloooooooow loading times. Face ID hasn’t worked in months on this app. This app deserves 0 stars.
FIX IT
Worst banking up by far!!!! Always app maintenance when you need it most. Slow, unresponsive, inefficient and pathetic. Can never un lock or lock my card without it taking forever. Horrible banking app. I’d give it 0 stars if possible!!!
Terrible app (and website)
This app is terrible. Both the app and the UFCU website continually fail to load my transactions. I have to refresh multiple times or quit altogether to get them to work.
New trouble with mobile deposit
Generally, app has worked fine - now I’m having trouble with mobile deposit, in particular the back side of check. It keeps saying the edges of the checks are not located and take another photo. Tried many different surfaces, lighting.
There is nothing unique about this check (payroll) check).

Worst app that I have ever used
This is the worst app that I have ever used in my life. If I could give it zero stars I would. It crashes constantly, has limited features, poor UI and the app is slow. The app is so bad that I’m seriously considering switching banks because I do 99% of my banking online.

Perhaps the crappiest banking app ever developed. Takes forever to load. Just a horrible. Is the budget for app developers just not there because I don’t understand.

Good app, a couple suggestions
Hello, the app overall runs pretty well. Can you please add a “remaining statement balance” option to the pay function for credit cards? This is a really handy feature that most other credit card apps have. Also, I have been unable to access my statement balance notices on the app. They load well on the website, but they won’t load at all on mobile.

Constant bugs
I don’t know how many times I’ve gotten errors just trying to log in.
Statements won’t load
Not a great app, statements haven’t been able to load for months. They also removed what your amount due is from the “details” page so you have to read your statement to find out.
