I use this app everyday to make mobile deposits and to transfer money to my kids accounts for gas, food, etc. Super handy! I also access the online chat with a rep alot to ask questions regarding my accounts. Only downfall is no mobile app deposits of $500 or greater , it will deposit anything over the $500 several days later. No one told me this and I found out the hard way.

A bit inconvenient
I frequently move money from business to personal accounts, but this requires two separate logins for the things I need to do. Plus, the app makes me type my login every time. There’s not auto login with face or numeric PIN.
