please update program so the dollar amount is in dollars not cents (must add . to add cents), no bill is less than $1, paid a few bills wrong - paid $1.27 that should have been $127.00 or $4.50 that should have been $450.00 - then i ended up paying reconnection fee, late fee and or getting utilities shut off

Terrible
Terrible app even with the updates since they changed the way the app looks. It takes me 4 attempts to login every time because as soon as I click login, I immediately get that the page expired. A banking app is suppose to be fast and convenient. Literally faster to use the website than the app.
Missing function
For some reason, my partner has the option to deposit checks on their mobile device, but my app doesn't.

Does what it needs to! But I loved this app so much more when I was able to quick view my current account balance. Now you have to go through the entire log-in process every single time. Bring back quick view 😭
