Arvest changed up there app about a month ago eliminating the code for check in the app seems clunky and web based

Can’t Find Transactions
There are transactions clearly missing from my account that I can’t see anymore. Makes it very hard to budget when I don’t know what happened to my money. Revert the app, I never had this issue when it was the previous design

New update.
The new update ruined the app. The option for making a payment online to a mortgage or other loan is completely gone. The format is much more complicated than the other version. When something isn’t broken it doesn’t need fixing. Hate it. Wife hates it and everyone else I’ve talked to that uses it hates it.

App sucks now
Between the new new checking account fees of $5 per account, and the updated app. It sucks. I cant go between my business account and my personal accounts like I used to. Used to I could log into my business and log out and use my passcode to log into my other accounts.
But now…I half to log out of my business, put in my login info wait for a pass code to be sent every time I need to log into my personal accounts.
And it gives me to much extra stuff to look at when trying to check my accounts. The app now sucks, and so does Arvest checking accounts.

The App and Web “update” are awful
They are not easy to use. As a business owner, logging in to the app never logs in to the username it says. I have to log out and hope it logs in the correct way the next time and if you accidentally deposit a check in the personal instead of business, it costs you money. The web is just as bad. You have to have a code ever time you log in to QB which is a huge PIA. Thinking about switching banks.

The new updated forces 2nd sign in verification every time I use the app and there is no way to turn this off. You removed PIN code sign in ability. All this did is cause me more time to open the app. I do not want a planning section forced on me every time I open the app, there is no option to turn it off. I don’t need to be reminded how poor I am ever time I log in. For these features I don’t need or want, you are raising the coast of my account. The bank already gets free use of the money direct deposited in my account each month, and now they want to charge me for the privilege. I had a house loan for 7 years, never missed a payment and paid off a n time. Applied for loan, was denied. The app was good the way it was. I am closing my Arvest Bank account and moving my poor man’s money to another bank.

Update ruined it!
The Arvest app was so user friendly & quick and convenient to use. Since the latest update, it takes me as long to log in as it used to to log in & transfer money. They’ve added a ridiculous amount of steps & authentication which has led to much frustration on my end. I don’t want to have to check my email for a code every time I try to check my account or quickly move money around. Very disappointed.

New app is awful
The new app has so many flaws. The main ones so far are that you can no longer see what your current credit card payment is or your mortgage payment is. You have to search for this info and try to remember the amounts or write it down before going to pay for it in the app. Also, as someone who has a business account as well I used to be able to toggle between both logins. I could use Face ID for personal and a passcode for my business and now it’s an entire login to switch to my business account. It’s definitely a downgrade and I’m so annoyed.

This is just what to expect from Arvest. Try to fix something that isn’t broken.. The old version was easier to navigate.. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone...

Worst Update
We have 3 accounts with Arvest that we are considering closing. This has by far been the worst app update. Trying to mobile deposit checks? Forget it. We have to drive 40 miles into town one way, just to get our business checks deposited now. The app refuses to read them. Trying to log in? Good luck. It works sometimes, but mostly
not. We had zero issues before. We have started using other banks and they are MUCH more user friendly!! Big thumbs down to Arvest, their new fees and their big “update”.

Literally unusable
After the new update pretty much every day it does not allow you to log in I have multiple family members closing their Arvest accounts because it is impossible to check their current balance. I can count on one hand I’ve had access to the app and now that they changed the website if you attempt to check your balance online on mobile it just redirects you to the unusable app.

Terrible update
Update is not user friendly at all I feel bad for all the seniors that got used to the old UI. Also I’m reading that you’ve added new fees, it may be time to try a different bank.

Can no longer find transfernow on the mobile app since the update. I can't transfer money to another bank like I usually do.

This banking app deserves -10 stars. The “update” took a very useful tool away and replaced it with trash. It is extremely hard to log on to, the process to transfer funds between accounts is cumbersome and making a Mobil deposit is almost impossible

Labored Process for Basic Functions
There is no longer a clear process to make a Arvest credit card payment from a personal account within the app, and the process to transfer between two personal Arvest accounts requires double the steps of the old app design. Functionally and user experience were not given much forethought with the latest forced update. Two thumbs down.

WORST BANK EVER
Deleted my information after the update so now I can no longer make a payment to an outside bank for my car payment. Arvest do better you scums.
