HORRIBLE app update. What a god awful not user friendly application. Between the bad update and Arvest doing away with their free blue checking and charging a $5 monthly fee, I’m thinking about banking somewhere else. Do better Arvest.
I want the Old Version
The older version of the Arvest app provided quicker transactions, kept balances consistently up to date, didn’t take multiple days to post pending balances, and overall was smoother and far more user friendly.
Disappointed
The changes you all made to the app are upsetting! Your open customer service hour changes…extremely upsetting!!

Mobile Deposit Doesn’t Work
Why is it impossible to deposit checks through the mobile app?! This is not convenient in the slightest.
HATE the new changes
There was absolutely nothing wrong with the old app. and it worked so much better. I absolutely hate this one. It’s so inconvenient. It’s a huge pain.
Hate that our free checking is no longer free after being faithful customers for 25+ years. It doesn’t feel like we are appreciated at all. Seriously considering leaving Arvest for good and taking our money elsewhere. Plenty of banks still offer free checking. There is zero reason why we should have to pay to use our own money.

Original app was way better
With the charging of customers for accounts and with downgraded app. Avest is loosing its value drastically and making me consider switching banks.

I hate the new format. The white background hurts to look at and I can’t change it (that I can see).

The new app is extremely non user friendly. I can’t even find how to pay my mortgage. I used the transfer feature to pay my mortgage but after almost 24 hours my payment has not been applied. I’ve sent three messages and they have all been ignored. I guess I’ll have to find a new way to interact with my bank.

Changed Mortgage Payment Process
New app feels like it is 15 years behind the time. Can’t make a simple payment on mortgage any more. 0/10

The app never forced me to pay an additional cost just to pay my own credit card bill? Why now with the update?

Absolutely hate this new version. The old version was a quick login with a PIN number, and everything could be navigated really easy and quick for what I used it for. I don’t login often now due to I feel like I’m using a laptop pretty much

1% Money Market Accounts. $8 cashiers checks. Changing accounts without approval. I’m leaving for any other bank.
Worst update to an app ever
Arvest recently “updated” this app and whoever was in charge of this update should be fired! This is the worst update I’ve ever seen. Everything is 10 times more confusing. It use to be a ast to pay your mortgage or Arvest credit card through the app, now it’s called transfer???? WTH you should learn about customer UX and try again or go back to what you had because this update sucks! It’s making me seriously consider changing banks

Update is awful
Still unable to login to my account. I have had my issues with Arvest for a while but this along with the fees have been the last straw. Will be switching to another bank.

The old app was simple and easy to use. The new one is trash. The entire layout sucks. The new “transfer and payment” options aren’t what most people consider either word to be, transfers are now used to make loan payments, and payments are to pay regular bills, send money to an individual, or make a payment at another bank. That’s stupid.
So now when you transfer, it doesn’t give you the notification like it used to saying you made your payment, which is how I used to track and make sure that I made them every month.
If it doesn’t get a better update or change back to the old, I’m moving everything to another institution.
