Only works half the time
You would hope that your banking app would be reliable but I genuinely think they have a team of 1 or 2 developers running this app and I don’t think they know what they’re doing :/ not trying to be a Karen but it’s kinda frustrating to have your banking app only work every now and then. It also goes down for “maintenance” seemingly multiple times a week. Idk man I feel like yall have the money to make this app run better lol

Card Management
Left my card behind. Just found out the card management function is not there. Not cool. What happens now that I can’t block my card and someone finds it and makes purchases. I’m out of town and now the app is useless!! Only option is to cancel and I won’t be home for 5weeks now. U got to be kidding me!!

Doesn’t work half the time and is slow. Customer service people are kind but the app itself is pretty poorly constructed.
Major issues for too long
First and foremost the issues with the card management and not being able to lock and unlock your card directly from the app for the past 8 months is ridiculous!!! Can cause people major issues especially if someone is trying to hack card etc! Shouldn’t have to call bank every time you want to lock and unlock the card! Makes me want to leave this bank all together to be honest! Lastly the fact that Zelle is not an option is not ok either! Get with the program!!

Fix Debit Card Management!!!!!
For MONTHS now we have been unable to turn our debit cards off within the app. This wouldn't be so bad if the phone system wasn't so cumbersome and almost never works as intended.
