أول شي المشاكل بالطلبات صايرة كتيرة لدرجة بين كل طلب جيد في طلبين او تلاتة سيئين.. بتقولوا الطلبات مضمونة، ولما منقيم الطلب سيء بتوصلني رسالة أنو منعتذر لتجربتك السيئة 😂 بتصل فيكم نفس الشي.. أنا شو بستفاد من اعتذاركم؟ قايلين في ضمان وصرعتونا فيه 🌚 طلبات باردة وأصناف ناقصة وخدمة عملاء سيئة 👎🏻

Bee cards not working
I ordered a bee card, paid cash, purchase failed and they returned the money as beepay instead of cash.
Asked the support if they fix it, they said yes, yet it failed again.
Asked to remove it since they don’t work, they said yes and it’s still there.
Lack of credibility.
Been their customer for years…probably no more
