لا توجد حماية للمستهلك من النصب - احذر مطبخ و حلويات قويدر

ة التطبيق ممتازة و تعامل الإدارة ممتاز أيضاً و لكن النصب سهل جداً و إدارة التطبيق غير قادرين على إرجاع الحق او اي تغيير. استخدمت التطبيق لشراء العديد من الوجبات في رمضان كإفطار صائم في رمضان للأقارب. اشتريت عدد من الوجبات من مطبخ قويدر و لكنها المطبخ لم يرسل جميع الوجبات المطلوبة، طبقان رئيسيان لم يتم إرسالهما إلى المستلم (فريكة مع اللحم و وجبة أصابع دجاج (ناغيت)). تواصلت مع إدارة التطبيق لإرسال الوجبتين الناقصتين و بالرغم انهم كانوا لطفاء في التعامل و لكن لم يغيروا اي شيء. الردود كانت انهم بانتظار جواب مطبخ قويدر و هذا الامور استمرّ طويلاً دون جدوى النصب وارد و لا يوجد حماية لحقوق المستهلك مطبخ و حلويات قويدر نصاب فاحذروه
