waited more than an hour for them to refund my money to my account after they let me pay and said the store was closed, tried ordering again from a different store and after deducting extra amount from my card order was unsuccessful. customer service take forever to answer.

My first experience was bad. The app is not user-friendly, speaking from a developer's point of view. Most of the restaurants are not available to Daher El Ein, even though they are closer to daher el ein from El Mina, where they are available. I asked support about this, and they told me to try changing the PIN. But I received no response after saying 'I tried.' but

Change the pin and put it wrong what about the delivery?! 😅I didn’t expect this kind of support from a well-known app. Plus, the biggest issue is that my house is only 1-2 minutes from Malak El Atawouk, and the sandwiches arrived very cold. I told the driver, but he said no. I checked, and they are definitely cold! This is not what I expected from my first experience. Honestly, I won't try it again, unlike other apps.
