waited more than an hour for them to refund my money to my account after they let me pay and said the store was closed, tried ordering again from a different store and after deducting extra amount from my card order was unsuccessful. customer service take forever to answer.

My first experience was bad. The app is not user-friendly, speaking from a developer's point of view. Most of the restaurants are not available to Daher El Ein, even though they are closer to daher el ein from El Mina, where they are available. I asked support about this, and they told me to try changing the PIN. But I received no response after saying 'I tried.' but
what a response! Change the pin and put it wrong what about the delivery?! 😅I didn’t expect this kind of support from a well-known app. Plus, the biggest issue is that my house is only 1-2 minutes from Malak El Atawouk, and the sandwiches arrived very cold. I told the driver, but he said no. I checked, and they are definitely cold! This is not what I expected from my first experience. Honestly, I won't try it again, unlike other apps.

SCAM!!!
They will offer you 50% discount, once you order it, they will let you wait for hours, and they start saying they have issues and they will cancel your order.

Placed my order at 11 and its 12:30 and i still havent received my order and no one’s answering my calls

The app itself is nice, however there is no active support, the order placed and paid for by credit card was accepted by the restaurant however it was never picked up by the driver even past the delivery estimated time!!even the restaurant operator told me that this is a terrible app and the drivers never pick up the orders on time, that if they ever came!

i ordered a breakfast mankoushe paid by card order closed as arrived after one hour and 15min and never to received the order after that the store contacted me and i said to cancel. and still waiting my money

Do not use your credit/debit card in this app. The restaurant cancelled the order and Tekram won't refund me.

They lie about discounts and promotion. Be ware.
Good drivers and delivery fees ! The app itself is horrific though
App isn’t working well at all like it always have issues. They also reduce ur wallet amount which is concerning. I wanna put instructions in my order then the keyboard start bugging sometimes the moment i enter a restaurant to check the menu the app goes black screen by itself and I’m forced to get out of it ! Too many technical mistakes for an app with good drivers and delivery fees. If they work on their app it would be so much better

They didnt care if the app worked for me , they said 30% on first order and lied , its capped and didnt mention , anyways the add didnt work and no follow up from support
