The times are off!
The shuttle run increments are slower than the official test. This is not an accurate measure or trainer for the beep test.

Great app but it says the URL cannot be configured when I try to share???
Brilliant training app for RAFFT
This app is great. The best tool to train for the RAFFT bleep test. I went from regularly failing to easily passing. You generally have access to treadmills on det and with this you can see your improvements. Aim to get to two or three levels more than the real test, and its easily managed, to make up for the lack of turning. It works a treat for me.
