To become a Beeper, you need to register through the app, providing a selfie, a valid and permanent driver's license (CNH), and your credit card details.
You can locate available cars on the app's map. Select a car, choose your preferred minute plan, and reserve it. You'll then have up to 30 minutes to reach the reserved vehicle.
There are no keys required. Simply be near the car and press and hold the 'unlock' button in the app. To start the car, adjust mirrors and seats, fasten your seatbelt, press the brake, and then the start/stop button.
You can return the car to any beepbeep station, not necessarily the one you picked it up from. Park in one of their exclusive spots. If exclusive spots are full, park in a regular spot at the same establishment and report the location in the app.
Yes, all beepbeeps are equipped with tags for parking and tolls. You will only be charged for what you use on your credit card. Parking in beepbeep's exclusive spots at establishments is free.
If your journey requires more range than available, check the app for electric car charging stations along your route. The app indicates available charging stations and their recharge times.
You pay only for the time you use the car. The app allows you to select a minute plan when reserving the vehicle, and your usage is billed to your credit card.
