Why promote this app when I can’t do anything??
I was excited to take advantage of the app to work on financial wellness. I can’t add any financial institutions, even when everything goes fine on Plaid. It just brings me back to my dashboard on BeFine and says “something went wrong, try again.” Time is money and this app is wasting my time and money. You haven’t fixed bugs in the app for 7 months, maybe take a look and fix it???

Impossible to use
Every time I sign in, an error message displays. Trying to add accounts/institutions results in an endless loop of being taken back and forth to the website. The app doesn’t update once an account has been added and then the website is times out when the app returns there.
