Please could I get refund for this

Hi benefit Team, I am writing to request a refund for a recent subscription . Shortly after the purchase, I realized it was an accidental charge. I have not used the app or any of its features at all since being charged. I attempted to request a refund through Apple, but it was automatically declined by their system without a manual review. Since I haven't used the app, I would truly appreciate your help processing a refund or canceling this charge from your end.

O plano realmente parece personalizado
O que mais gostei foi a qualidade do plano de treino. Já usei outros aplicativos que simplesmente entregavam uma ficha genérica, mas aqui senti que os exercícios e a divisão dos treinos fazem sentido para o meu objetivo e para a minha rotina. Também gosto de conseguir ver como executar cada exercício quando tenho dúvida. Estou conseguindo seguir o plano com muito mais consistência.

Good App

Pretty good app overall. lots of equipment and exercises. Would give it more stars but the apple watch connection is very quirky and doesn’t always work.

Don’t bother…

Let’s you set up a personalised workout and do it for a single day then the very next day you go to do the same workout it insists that you pay a stupid monthly subscription… joke of an app.

Billing no good

Workouts were cool.. I mean for a beginner will work but negative review comes from fact they kept charging me after cancellation and when I called them on it they just since developer is 3rd party nothing to do with them. Don’t like that and almost gave 1 star. I wouldn’t not recommend after that.

If i could give zero i would, i have had the app for a year and every 6 weeks or so it resets and all exercises , data and progress GONE!! BeFit do better! Will be finding a more reliable app
