Occasionally frustrating, but solid app
*Edited for brevity: I wanted to give this four stars, because while it’s a little unintuitive in place, overall the app is solid. I’ve now been using it for several months. Week one, I was able to see everything (didn’t realize it was a trial); calories burned in the workout, muscle focus, etc. That’s now all locked behind a paywall. Very disappointing. Basic functions like rest time between workouts. Calories burned. In-app notification sounds. Auto progress following a workout’s completion. Analytics. All pay-gated now. Very disappointing business practice. But, the app itself is solid and none of the workouts are locked behind premium. So. The important thing is there, at least.
*I have bumped the rating up from 3 to 4 because honestly, most of the issues I have are minor—frustrating, but not world-ending—and the app is genuinely one of the best I’ve found. Multiple routines available, dozens of workouts, and frankly some of the better tech support I’ve experienced across the apps I use. I had a problem (and was quite frustrated when I initially reported it) and they were nothing but patient the entire time, and ultimately found a way to help me resolve the issue.
Edit 9/09-11?/26: The app now triggers the Dynamic status that covers my clock. If I have a workout running in the background, I can no longer see the time. I have turned Live Activities off. It persists, and the widget no longer shows up. Support is attempting to assist and I am attempting to treat this like the minor issue it is.
Edit 9/13: issue has been resolved! Customer service was very helpful and patient, and while it took a number of attempts to actually resolve the issue, you can’t say they don’t try. Some of the blame definitely rests on Apple for adding ‘features’ that have no direct manual toggle. Overall excellent experience!

Why is it low key mean
I did a workout but could ultimately only do part of it because the gym was packed and also the workout was longer than I wanted. Why is it telling me that’s unacceptable and not okay like I did something wrong :( not encouraging at all

Lack of Built-in AI-made workouts
I've been using the app for two years. Happy till now. But it's now lagging behind AI world and lack AI capabilities to build more pre planned workouts based on user's objective. Considering to leave the app and find another alternative
