What's New in BeFriend

12.3.1

October 10, 2026

Hi Friends! :) This update is mostly about stability, with fixes for chat, events and friends. Changelogs: 1. Fixed a crash on launch on iPads running iPadOS 27.0.1 with the Japanese Kana keyboard enabled 2. Chat: fixed a crash that could happen the first time chat loaded after installing or updating 3. Chat: if a message cannot be sent because you are no longer matched, you now see a clear notice instead of an "Access Blocked" error 4. Events: declining someone from their preview now removes them from the list right away, and the blurred rows and preview match the new design 5. Friends: adding or removing a friend now updates reliably 6. Lower memory use while browsing profiles on older devices, fixing a group of crashes on 3 GB iPhones and iPads 7. Faster first launch on iOS 18 8. The tracking permission prompt is now shown in Chinese for Chinese users 9. Performance and stability improvements

It’s a giant cash grab

I don’t think you should have to pay to be able to make friends on this app

Can’t watch ads to get diamonds

You use to be able to watch ads to get more diamonds. whilst the option remains, it does not work. You can click on it, and it will load as if it’s going to work, and then it just doesn’t? Is this some kind of bug? Please look into this.

Simply a waste of time

Signed up. Had a few swipes, literally A FEW. Been unable to do anything since (day 4). I need gems. I’ve done nothing but log in daily and explore. Yet still can’t do a thing. An absolute waste of time. Competitors WAY more user friendly and willing to aid people in finding what they came here for… > this app clearly don’t give AF about anything. Except wanting your money.
