I was wrongfully suspend and lost out on my befriend plus for the Last 3 weeks that I paid for all I’ve gotten is automated bot messages from the support I want a proper conversation and my account be appealed

People on here are just rude and moderation doesn’t remove their accounts. People add you and say something rude and then they still show up later and add you again even if you block them.
Want you to pay for every little thing
Now they want you to pay to see who wants to be your friend that is absolutely ridiculous, this app is the only app I use to meet people but I’m about to delete that is absolutely insane to pay for people that want to be your friend when the app is called befriend, it’s extremely irritating

Yeah if you want Snap or Insta follows this is a good app but if you’re just trying to actually befriend or date people, go somewhere else. Nothing bad about it (that’s why it’s a 3/5) the app is good it’s just the user base is very… casual.

Good but needs work
This is a pretty good app and it’s better than most, it’s just there’s about two things I can think of that if you guys added, it would make this app a five star. First off would be verifying as soon as soon as you put a picture. The other app like this called peeps uses that exact method so people can’t impersonate anybody. The second thing would be adding the option to do in my state only just like other apps. I have a feeling if you guys added it this would make this up 50 times better.
