App doesn't work!
Stupid app keeps restarting messed up my online order took my money and didn't even process my order! So dumb

Can’t ever get the app to allow me to enter credit card info. And as a bonus the web site also won’t let you use Apple Login so can’t use the online/app only coupons there either. Bad all around

Your Ap doesn’t work and may need to go to other pizza place. Created account a few minutes ago, verified account and was logged in but when I went to order it requested I re enter pw and indicated not valid. When I went to reset, it then indicated not a registered account. When I selected previous sent emails, it read already registered. So annoyed, sue Ap developer for loss of customers.

Does not work!
I have done password reset and this app only recognizes me as a new account. I cannot access the app but can access my account online.Went to beggars today and I was refused to use my birthday reward because it wasn’t showing in app. I presented my email and my online account to show the reward, but was told it could only be redeemed by app. It does not work. For months I have tried to use this app! It need to be fixed.

Can’t even use my coupon
First of all, to set up an account was difficult and I already had one. Then I go to the restaurant and try to use my coupon and they tell me I have to download a different app. Apparently they think it’s a new app and I wasn’t able to use my discount.
Really?
Can’t Migrate in app and can’t order online. Everything is greyed out to order.
What did you do?
Do yourself and your loyal customers a favor and pay for a legit App developer to have a full functioning app. The previous one wasn’t great but now I can’t login nor migrate my information/rewards on this new app.

Login assist
For those running into the login issue check your email your account is under and follow the steps. Skip the migrate points step, it will happen once you login. Go to login, only enter your email then select reset password. Follow the prompt accordingly. Definitely not a ideal system.

Can’t Migrate Account
It says to put the information associated with loyalty account, but treats it likes I’m making a new account. “Phone number is already being used” Um, yes! I’m aware! I swear, I gave up using your website and app a long time ago and just call. Idk why I assumed this app would actually work.
Cannot transfer existing account
Same issue as previous review. Asks you to transfer reward points but then gives you an error saying your email is already in use.

I am not sure who the developer is but you need to demand a refund. I can’t sign in. It has a looooong email that isn’t even mine and it won’t even let me change it. Worst app I’ve used in years. I’ll stick with ordering online because I’m removing this trash from my phone!!!!
User and password with existing user
I have the old beggars app and have used it. I cannot “migrate” my points as the new app suggests with my existing email. The new app does not work.
