App not working

I have reached out to customer service and nothing. The app is stuck and will not open. I have already tried restarting my phone. Spent $40 for an app that doesn’t work.

Good App, but a helpful suggestion

I love the simple interface and that I can easily do MTS and partial interval recording. However, when the PDFs are generated, the font on the variable labels on the graphs sometimes gets washed out because it’s white letters on a white background. Is there any way to change this to black lettering? Thanks!

Awful rip-off. Terrible customer service.

This app was a total ripoff. It has literally one screen, no customization options, no way to switch between methods of data collection. I requested a refund after one day because I was so unsatisfied, and it was denied. So I paid $40 for something that’s totally useless to me.

Wish it let you choose multiple off task behaviors

It would be way more helpful if it let you pick multiple off task behaviors in one interval such as when a student exhibits a passive and motor behavior. This app only lets you choose one which doesn’t help when you need to know the other behaviors in that interval and observation overall.

No sound or vibration option

Hello. I tried to contact for support, but I am blocked from doing so. This is what I am looking for, but I need a sound or vibration notification so I don’t have to look at my phone constantly while observing students. If this is not an option, I would like a refund. If it is an option, please tell me how to get it to do that. Thanks

Thanks again for your feedback! Hope you like the new version. – Allen **ORIGINAL RESPONSE** Hi, Jen, thanks for installing and thanks for the feedback! By default, a small vibration and knock sound plays when the interval switches from client to peer, and from peer to client (every 5th interval). The sound switch next to your volume buttons must not show red. If your phone is in silent mode, it will not play a sound. We will work on adding a notification option to make it even more prominent.
