Scam?
It goes to ads with no way to return to the game. Feels like they are scamming the add system that way.
Levels are stuck
I have completed level 737 twice and it will not give me access to level 738. For the past month I’ve been going back over old levels increasing my stars achieved, but am annoyed that the game does not progress.
No App Support?
I’ve had this game on my phone for a long time, recently started playing again and I got to level 819 - but it won’t move on to let me play 820 now. This has never happened to me before! I’ve been searching for a way to contact support or report the issue and there is no way to do so. I noticed I can’t even seem to play the daily puzzle either! I’m stuck waiting for an update in hopes it’ll fix it, otherwise SO MUCH gameplay is just going to be lost for me..

Won’t let me advance past level 497, I have won that level multiple times and it seems to be stuck there! Cannot find Help anywhere for this game.

Buggy
I have played this app for years, and now I am walking away from it. It was an enjoyable game so I didn’t mind spending money to make it more enjoyable, until now. It’s become glitchy and buggy, even glitching when I paid to upgrade a side game so that it took my money but didn’t upgrade. Of course getting help from support was a wasted effort. They’re not even getting back to me. I’m done. I won’t waste any more money or time.

edit: I’m now at level 934 and cannot progress even though I beat the level. PLEASE fix this, it’s infuriating.
ya’ll make the levels borderline psychotic break level impossible as you get higher in levels. i don’t want to spend money just to pass a level. the reward system is cool but an incentive for unlimited lives should be thrown in there with the constellation finishes. furthermore, when i have my game paused and i back out of the app for a text and come back i lose progress AND lose a life. incredibly frustrating and irritating.

EA games is a joke
Made it to level 737 then it wouldn’t level up. Tried contacting EA games about the glitch… two days to actually get someone and they kept sending to places that had no idea how to fix. Clean cookies and cache,un-install and re-install a number of times and nothing fixes it. If EA games can’t fix it…. Why have it for ppl to play!!!!

Annoying beyond belief when completing the roses and getting NOTHING
Glitches completed the roses game and NO rewards. Absolutely no way to let them know either. O M G why is the newest birthday game coming up withbats sooo ridiculous just completed a Felix mini game screen froze restarted and got NOTHING no way of letting anyone know now there is supposed to be a spreeshell game and nothing comes up

star constellations issue
The star constellation reward hasn’t worked in months so there is no way to collect earned star rewards. Instead of fixing all of the glitches and issues they introduce a game pass to get more money. I will not pay for anything until the game is working properly. They need a regression scrip
Updates stop after
Game updated recently, and it took away all of the options to earn more gems. Not so much fun anymore. Will be looking for a new game. Most disappointing, the game stops updating after you reach the highest level. Will look for another game that continues to update content.
No support from developer
Anytime there’s an issue like unstable or crashing throughout. There’s no place to go. You have to log into the parent company and it goes into a big jumbled mess and nobody ever write back to try to fix anything.
