Next series update
Finished ivory bloom for quite a bit and still has not updated to the next series, have been playing and accumulating stars and still no update. Been buying packs but to no avail. Going to quit this game I really like but there is no incentive to keep playing.
So many errors
So I beat level 407 with 3 stars (twice) but the game won’t let me progress to level 408. Support for this game no longer exists, so WTH am I supposed to do?

Game not being updated
I have successfully completed up to level 863. It will not advance to 864. Developer website link is broken. I guess the developer no longer cares.
Level 3940
Level 3940 has you having to collect 20 butterflies as part of its thing to win, but the butterflies never show up. I paid for more tries…twice. They never showed up. You can’t get past it. Disappointing.

My Game is stuck on Level 333. It’s been approximately for 2 months & I spend a lot of money each & every month. I’m able to play the daily stuff but as far as moving from 333 to 334, it’s not happening. The level 334 seems to be hidden partially behind level 333 & I’m unable to click on it to play that level. I recently got into passing levels so I can get new emoji’s for passing the whole page. Please help. I just spent the last money of $74.99 today but I’m going to stop until I’m able to move forward.

I used to love the game but I might delete it
This game is stuck on one level. I win but I’m still on the same level.
This game not only freezes while getting the eggs but freezes while I am playing, freezes when I try to obtain a star swapper etc. It also closes out in the middle of the game. I love the game but it’s hard to play now with all these hiccups. Please fix ASAP or I will delete it.

I've been playing this game since before the islands when is was called “sky” instead of “stars”and I’ve made a few purchases over the years. another plus is it even lets me sync my progress with my LG. i’m digging the addition of the XP rewards.
some upkeep would be nice, tho. random collection icons that say they have already been done, but no credit for them. events expiring before they start. random force closing of the app. no more voice sound effects.
but these are all things that can be usually played around. my big question: why is this app using so much DATA these last few updates? it’s using more than safari, newsbreak, messenger, and iOS combined. that’s a lot of data. for what?
whatever it is, it makes my phone so hot that i can’t even use it for about 20 minutes after about 30 minutes of game play

HELP‼️‼️‼️
I’ve been playing this game for years and I have LOVED IT‼️. However , over the past few months, the game would freeze on the REPLAY screen. I would have to power down the iPad and reboot. Now, I’m frozen on a level and it won’t let me advance! Any help would be greatly appreciated,

I have had this game for many years and spent a bit of money on it. So where is the IT support? Why are we all stuck on the same level and unable to advance? Come on EA, fix your popular game!
Glitches
I Ike the game, but glitches impede progress, and earning stars has become useless since they abandoned constellations.
Used to be WAY less buggy
I have been playing this game for several years. Over the past couple of years the devs have been introducing more and more bugs. It is frustrating. It was a great game.

It’s a set up
When you need to get 15 butterflies and they only send out 8 for 50 days and counting - and there is no more accumulation of stars for some reason? Ends the fun.
