Terrible app
The product is great but it can’t be used as a smart radiator as you can’t login or add a product. It’s in Chinese!!
Not a smart radiator
The app is useless. You can’t see your writing, nor your Wi-Fi connection.
It doesn’t connect and I is in Chinese. How is this a smart radiator. Also unable to set the clock on it or do anything manual on the screen. The radiator it self warms up well but I’d rather not have a smart screen that doesn’t work and just a good old on/ off and 1-5 switch!

Ridiculous wifi connection
I am a big fan of smart technology but h I g tried for two hours can’t connect my radiator to anything let alone the all. Useless
Apps broken
Can’t see what Wi-Fi is connected can’t see what you type, random pop ups in Chinese. Bit of a joke that you can even advertise that is a smart heater to be honest. Just use the remote or buy something that actually works as a smart heater
