Terrible app
The product is great but it can’t be used as a smart radiator as you can’t login or add a product. It’s in Chinese!!
Not a smart radiator
The app is useless. You can’t see your writing, nor your Wi-Fi connection.
It doesn’t connect and I is in Chinese. How is this a smart radiator. Also unable to set the clock on it or do anything manual on the screen. The radiator it self warms up well but I’d rather not have a smart screen that doesn’t work and just a good old on/ off and 1-5 switch!

Ridiculous wifi connection
I am a big fan of smart technology but h I g tried for two hours can’t connect my radiator to anything let alone the all. Useless

Can’t see what Wi-Fi is connected can’t see what you type, random pop ups in Chinese. Bit of a joke that you can even advertise that is a smart heater to be honest. Just use the remote or buy something that actually works as a smart heater

Ideal world are still selling this product even though nobody using iPhone in the UK has managed to link the radiator to their Wi-Fi or the app. The app is useless, partly in Chinese and impossible to use. This radiator works well as a radiator but is far from a Smart radiator.I have owned one for years and use it via the controls on the top not via the useless app. Can’t give it no stars so have to give it 1.

Does not work
Even after connecting heater to WiFi and with the heater saying it has passed, it still doesn’t appear in the device list.
Finally figured out connection issue
If you cannot connect your device to the WiFi, make sure IPv6 is disabled on your router.
Unusable from iPhone

You cannot read texts or WIFI names while using with IOS, meaning that the radiator are going to have to be returned

Rubbish App
I have two ceramic heaters and neither will connect to this app, have tried over 30 times each. Rang Beldray who said technition would call me back, STILL WAITING. So if you want to use app to control, DONT BUY.

Downloaded the app to use a beldray smart ceramic heater.
Cannot read text entered into fields on ios app so don’t know if I have to enter or select a wifi network.
The poor english translation of this chinese app does not fill me with confidence and therefore its a shame but the heater has to go back.
