Amazing App
After everything that came out about period tracking apps selling location and cycle data I deleted every tracking app I had and swore I was done. Then I found Belia. No account. No email. No server. No cloud. A PIN and everything stays on my phone forever. I was honestly suspicious that something this private could also be this beautiful and this functional but it is. The lotus dashboard is stunning. The cycle tips are accurate. The planner keeps all my appointments in one place. And I sleep better knowing my most personal health data is genuinely private. This is what every wellness app should be.

Helped Clear my Skin and best Cycle Tracking Private App
I’ve struggled with hormonal acne for years and nothing my dermatologist suggested ever fully worked. A friend told me about Belia and the cycle syncing feature and I was skeptical but I tried it anyway. Within two cycles of adjusting my skincare routine based on my phase the difference was genuinely visible. My luteal phase breakouts are so much less severe because I now know to switch to salicylic acid and niacinamide before the spike hits. The app tells you exactly what your skin needs today not just generally , that specificity is what makes it work. The privacy aspect sealed it for me. No other app I’ve used has protected my cycle data this carefully.
