Push notifications do not work. Maintenance requests generated through the app do not disappear. No way I can find to have email notifications as a backup, so I miss building-wide messages quite often. Fortunately, the actual property company is great, I just wish this app was too.
First Class
I could not be happier with the product they provide. The building and amenities are first class and the staff is second to none. The ladies in the office and the maintenance team have you covered. Thank you Flats on Front.
