The app doesn’t work
Since its update since Feb the app doesn’t load at all despite reinstalling several times. Reached out CS and they said to uninstall again. Browser version usually works well but at the moment it doesn’t so I can’t order my lunch

Es sieht so aus als hätten sich Bella & Bona das Feedback wirklich zu Herzen genommen. Die App läuft jetzt besser. Bin super happy, dass wir so einfach leckeres Mittagessen auf die Arbeit bekommen.
New update is the WORST
The latest version of the app is full of bugs. The chat does not let you type anything. Adding a payment method did temporarily not work. The lower menu bar shows up only if it feels like it today…how can such an app even make it to the App Store?!
Die neue App funktioniert nicht
Leider kann man in der überarbeiteten App kein Zahlungsmittel mehr hinterlegen und selbst das Aufladen von Guthaben funktioniert nicht. So kann ich leider kein Essen bestellen.
Paypal als Zahlungsdienstleister
Seit dem Umstieg von Stripe auf Paypal kann ich nicht mehr bezahlen, beim Hinzufügen einer Kreditkarte kommt ein Fehler. Und ehrlich, Paypal in 2026?

Die App ist der Dolchstoß für dieses Unternehmen, unglaublich wie man sich selbst zugrunde richten kann.
Man kann keine Zahlungsmittel hinterlegen, damit kann niemand bestellen, der sonst bestellen würde. Glückwunsch Bella, viel schlechter kann man es nicht machen 😂

What’s the point of the new thing if it breaks core existing experience?
It’s impossible to understand whether the order has been delivered or not. E.g the order is actually there, but neither the app nor the website show that. It was working fine in the old version
Payment does not work
Credit card page is broken, they don’t offer PayPal anymore, so I can not order any food.
Filter settings still do not get saved. The app before was horrible, but this update is even worse.

Wow - new version, way worse
Why did they change the app? Now I have to click literally multiple times to change the day and the app is way less organized... The only thing that is better: My food filter is now saved permanently. Still, only one star for releasing an app like that.
Gutes Konzept
Die App hat ab und an Macken und ist nicht die beste. Aber sie erfüllt ihren Zweck und das Essen ist solide - wenn es auch manchmal mehr sein könnte. Ich habe keine funktionalen Einschränkungen.

Way worse then before
Where should you start - the By far biggest car crash is the date picker. The amount of clicks it takes to switch the day is insane, the month selector opens default? And you have to confirm the date you picked. Whoever made this app has no clue about ux.
Date Selector
It was far easier to select dates in the previous app. Now I need to click several places which aren’t very intuitive. You should consider re-introducing the date selector carousel.

Not seeing anything on my end when opening🥲

Please change the date selector back. I just want to order for some days in a row, but I have to click so many buttons using this calendar selector. It’s also not very intuitive that u can click on a date to change it. The old app was finally working somehow and u decided to change everything? 🙃

new “better” app was released by bellabonna and i just see a white page after loading icon
