Warum steht nicht transparent die Größe des jeweiligen Getränkes in der App ?!?!? Sehr merkwürdig… und für mich ein Grund definitiv hier nichts zu bestellen.

Charged for a product they didn’t have in stock and refund process has been a nightmare
The app is not user friendly. It’s hard to find exactly where to click in order to place an order.
I ordered a croissant which they charged me for despite not having it in stock and I was told to ask for a refund in the app since they won’t do it at the store. In order to ask a refund I’ve had to contact them through a contact form where I have to add all my details over again and no one has gotten back to me in days.
There is of course not a refund or cancel button. I would not recommend the app AT ALL.

Smooth ordering process and clean interface
I order with this app and the process was very smooth, I was able to pay with apple pay and my order was ready within 5 minutes, I then went to pick it up and I skipped the queue and took my coffee and cookie. The app design is really beautiful and the animations make it feel very smooth.
