So sorry for the trouble, paying should just work! Could you reach out to us in the app (Profile in the top left, then "Contact us") and include the date, time and location where you tried to pay? Das tut uns leid! Du kannst deine bestehende Stempelkarte direkt in die App übertragen: oben links im Profil unter "Already have a Stamp Card?". Falls es danach noch hakt, melde dich gern im Profil über "Contact us", dann schauen wir es uns an. Über Wallet sammelst du weiterhin auch offline Stempel und löst deine Rewards aus der App ein. Hi, and so sorry about this! Our launch drew far more sign-ups than we expected, which briefly delayed the sign-up codes. It's fixed now and codes are arriving again, so please give it another go. Once you're in, drop us a message in the app and we'll happily send a free drink your way to make up for it! Max from the LAP team ☕️💙

Thank you so much, and so happy you love the coffee! The missing code was due to our overwhelming launch, but it's working again now. Good to know too: you don't need a phone number to use the app, you can use it without one. Verification is only needed to claim free rewards. Once you're set up, reach out in the app and your first drink is on us! Max from the LAP team ☕️💙
