Confusing - looks good but not sure how and why should I use it

Let me help with the "why". In short: you collect a stamp with every drink, those turn into rewards and you can order ahead right in the app. If anything stays unclear, message us in the app under Profile, "Contact us", and we're happy to walk you through it. Danke fĂźr das ehrliche Feedback und sorry fĂźr den Frust. Zwei Dinge: deine Stempel sind nicht weg, sie werden jetzt Ăźber den QR Code der App gesammelt statt Ăźber die Stempelkarte. Du findest ihn, indem du dein Wallet Ăśffnest, auf "â˘â˘â˘" tippst und dann "Pass Details" wählst. Und du musst nicht alle Kontakte freigeben, um Freunde einzuladen: du kannst den Zugriff in den Systemeinstellungen auf ausgewählte Kontakte limitieren. Wir verwenden die Kontakte ausschlieĂlich zur Erstellung der Einladung und der eindeutigen Zuordnung des Freigetränks. Wenn etwas hakt, schreib uns kurz in der App unter Profil, "Contact us", dann bringen wir es in Ordnung. "Keep it simple" nehmen wir uns zu Herzen! Max vom LAP-Team âď¸đ

Schade, dass der erste Eindruck so war und danke fĂźr die klaren Worte. Zur Stempelkarte: du fĂźgst sie oben links im Profil unter "Already have a Stamp Card?" hinzu, dann wird deine bestehende Karte Ăźbertragen. Und wenn die App an einer Stelle unĂźbersichtlich wirkt, sag uns gern konkret wo, in der App unter Profil, "Contact us", dann bessern wir genau da nach. Dein Feedback hilft uns wirklich weiter. I'm really sorry, that's a genuinely frustrating experience and not how it's meant to work. Here's what's happening: once you transferred your stamp card to the app, stamps are collected from the app's QR code to allow for the new features like flexible rewards. Our staff should have supported you to update your wallet (your app is fine). To collect and redeem stamps offline, open your wallet, tap the "â˘â˘â˘" button and then "Pass Details" to see the QR code. Please message us in the app under Profile, "Contact us" and your next drink is on us for the trouble. Max from the LAP team âď¸đ

Das tut uns leid! Du kannst deine bestehende Stempelkarte direkt in die App Ăźbertragen: oben links im Profil unter "Already have a Stamp Card?". Falls es danach noch hakt, melde dich gern im Profil Ăźber "Contact us", dann schauen wir es uns an. Ăber Wallet sammelst du weiterhin auch offline Stempel und lĂśst deine Rewards aus der App ein.
