This Card Game is Broken
I adored the browser Bella Sara game as a kid, so when hunting for nostalgia, I found that there’s only a card game app now that also comes with an in-app movie and a soundtrack. I got my first card, but when I came back the next day to get my second daily card, it said there’s an error. My saved cards tab won’t even load. I wouldn’t have paid $3 if I knew this app didn’t work. Please fix the glitch! I would love it if it worked.

It wont let me draw cards
It said “requested content cannot be loaded” when I try to draw a card. It also wont let me open my favorites.

The app doesn’t work for me. I was able to draw just one card and since then I get a message that “this function isn’t available”. Disappointed!
Great Game!
Hi, I ABSOLUTELY love this game!!! I love horses so much!!! I have collected all the card; and, used to play with my horses on the website everyday as a child; and, have even recently revised it. I was so sad when I found out that it was taken down. However, I am so glad I have this app; as, it brings back so many fond memories; and, I hope that you will finally be able to develop the Bella Sara app; where, one can raise a horse from foal to adult; while, giving it it’s own unique personality in the process. Thank you so much; and please keep up the great workI I would greatly appreciate if if you could add more card; as, there are so many beautiful horse with equally beautiful messages that could be added to further foster positive thinking and feelings of encouragement to all age!

Lovely idea, broken app
It only works for one card pull the first time you open the app, then “The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.” And favourites never load. Only fixed briefly if I delete and reinstall the app. Please fix this asap.. it’s a paid app with limited features. Not worth the money in hindsight but since I already bought it, I’d love a working app.

Doesn’t work
Really hope the creators are able to patch this, but the daily card pull only works immediately after downloading the app. After that it says the content cannot be loaded. Similarly, the favorites also only load once, and then will show the whole collection with no distinction between what cards you do and don’t have. Charging people for this app when the music and movie are available on YouTube is kind of criminal when the main gimmick doesn’t even work.
Would love to be able to start my day with a card draw for nostalgia and fun, but it definitely needs to be fixed. I also hope they will add more cards in the future from other packs.

I paid the $2.99 and can’t get a daily card. Just an error message saying the feature is unavailable. Can I have a refund?
Broken
I’m so disappointed, I was really looking forward to collecting my cards. I was only able to collect one. Now I get a message that the content is not available. The favorites page doesn’t load. I spent $2.99 for nothing :(
Doesn’t work !
Had for one day, was able to draw one card for the daily pull, and then every day after that I get a “The requested content cannot be loaded, please try again later.” and then the Favorites page doesn’t load completely. The top half of the page is hazy greyed out and there is a never ending loading circle going, yet it never loads. Paid for an app that doesn’t even work, so much for nostalgia 😭 you guys can’t/wont bring back the old website because flash went down, and can’t even make the things you do still have available work right. Oof 😓

I collected a lot of the physical cards when I was younger but never got to use them the codes on them and I thought this app would let me but it’s just an inspirational quote generator with it and that’s it. Lowkey waste of $3 I wish I could use my cards with it

App is not responsive
The only reason I cannot give it a 5 star. Music amazing. Design great. Cards BEAUTIFUL Nostalgia 1000% but it’s not responding on the Card of the Day.

App Is Not Functioning
I am a lifelong fan of Bella Sara, and deeply nostalgic about the game and the cards. It helped inspire me and encourages me still to create and uplift. Not having access to the game or purchasable cards anymore was tough, but I understand reality for businesses.
I was hesitant to buy the app, even though it was only $3, and went back and forth on it for several months. Eventually I caved (the nostalgia and craving for comfort hits hard). I was able to “open” my daily card on 2/22/2025. However after that, the app said “An unknown error occurred” and I have not been able to use the app, “open” new cards, or look at my favorites since. This is really unfortunate, especially after even spending real money on the product 😓 Though I was thrilled to have the game once again (to some degree), I’m trying now to instead let Bella Sara be a pleasant and nostalgic memory, as opposed to something I can still carry with me.

Horrible and so sad I remember this game I collected a binder full of pages of these cards and loved playing this when I was younger grooming them and seeing their different little areas the horses lived in what the heck happened to this game wasted 3.00$ bring back the old game please

I’ve been missing Bella Sara a lot so I downloaded the app. A portion of the favorites screen won’t load. I tried to delete it thinking it would solve the issue but it didn’t. Please update the app :/
Does not work
I have had this game for over a month now and have yet to be able to do anything. Every time I try open a card it just says that the requested content cannot be loaded. I love bella sara and was so excited to be able to get cards again. I am very sad about this.

I bought it to just support the creator
I loved the online game as a kid, this app mainly just lets you get a card a day and look at them basically, but has no other functions besides having a movie on the app and three songs. So I probably won’t use it but I still want to support the creators in hopes that more will be added
