Invasion of Privacy
This was recommended to me by a biofeedback practice, who uses it themselves. So I bought it. Unfortunately, the company’s website says nothing about having to use Facebook or Google to use the device (as others have pointed out). If you do that, you are forced to gives these platforms access to ALL your personal data, including how you use the device! This is absurd. If I had known this I never would have purchased it. I sent the company an email about this and surprise (!) never heard from them. If protection of your personal information is important I suggest you pass on this device and app.

Please bring back features before update
My clients use these devices in our practice, but since the app was last updated they are no longer able to change the time the device runs (adding or subtracting 10 mins). I’ve had several complaints about this so please consider reinstating that feature. It’s also a lot harder to set up custom settings, so also consider making that feature more user friendly or change it back. Otherwise, great device and great results.
EDIT:
Updated my original three star rating back to five stars. They reinstated the feature of being able to add and subtract time, as well as now showing what Hz the settings are at which is a useful feature. They’ve also consolidated the bellabee and bellabee health apps into one so you no longer have to switch back and forth between apps.

Not recognizing any login.
Edit: Now recognizes login through my google account. It never did register login through Facebook. I’d prefer an independent unique login not tied to ANY other service, but very happy I can use the app again.

Pretty good but needs some updates
1) developers, please create a dedicated log in. People don’t want to use Facebook. Also there are security concerns. Ensure the app has security features.
2) feedback feature in the app does not get answered.
3) some glitches such as not able to share a custom program by airdropping. Uploaded it in the exchange room but it didn’t show up.
4) exchange room programs have no details of the exact program details.
5) you can’t program a new program while using the Bellabee.
6) Need to really inform folks when first using the app, that quite possibly, the first 3 or so sessions you might not notice anything.
