Fix auto add tip
If I click to change the tip and go back and then forward again, it reverts my changes. Please fix this, it shouldn’t even auto add the tip. That’s wrong, pay your employees don’t beg for tips.
One Tech Issue After Another
Using the app for TO GO orders is the most annoying experience. FOR MONTHS I can’t apply rewards or credits at check out in this app. Someone please FIX IT!!!
For the longest time, I couldn’t take lettuce off of my hamburger because of technical issue that would cause an error message at check out, making it impossible to submit an order. Can you imagine the time it took to troubleshoot what was going on and why it wouldn’t let us place an order!?? It’s completely ridiculous.

I’ve been coming to Bella for years. Love their prices, fresh food, changing seasonal menu, and shaded patio. It’s a perfect stop to sip some wine and relax.

Tips are automatically added on the last screen after the total screen.

Going downhill
I have loved the food at Bellagreen since my first order. Over the last few orders lately, it has been going downhill. The service has not been up to the same standards. Today the lettuce in the salad was black and moldy. The pita bread was burned. They gave me the wrong dressing. The hummus tasted sour like an ingredient was not fresh. Not sure what is happening but I will definitely question next time paying the premium prices for subpar service and quality of food.

Closed order unexpectedly
Trash app. Once you order and close the app even for a moment, it loses your whole order and you have to start over.

About 10 minutes is all I’m going to try with this app to place an order…move on
App is not working with new menu
Unable to add items through checkout nor add temperature to the protein when selected. Also, some menu items are missing.
Why do you need my address etc to signup?
Way too much info asked to sign up. At best, zip code is fine but home address lol
App is terrible
Never works! Today they loaded $5 and tried to use it “Error validating basket,” tried adding more stuff, logging out and logging back in. I give up!
Constant login issues
“Other error returned from server” literally 9/10 times I try to use this app. Fix it!
Auto tip
This app charges auto gratuity for PICKUP orders. That is absolutely insane. There is a bit placing my order and I’m coming to get it myself. Then you can’t even see your recently placed orders in the app…… have to go to your email to see if it even went through.
App issues
I’m always logged out and always get “other error from server” when I try to get back in. I’ve reset my password several times and can login on the website but not the app. Fix your system.
Invasive App
Bellagreen in River Oaks Houston is an outstanding location, however, this app REQUIRES way too much personal information. You do not need to risk all of my privacy, short of my SS#, in order to function. It’s a shame because I would like the convenience.
Simple to learn
I love ordering from the app now that I learned how to navigate it. Sometimes you have to play around with it to get your sides you want but I love how there’s always options to remove or add things to each dish. I love that you can decide delivery or pick up at the end so it doesn’t make you re-enter your order if you change your method to get your food.

Missing my Favorite Salad!
We love BG but were so sad to learn on our last visit that they have done away with my very favorite spinach salad with the warm bacon dressing and boiled eggs! Hoping they will return that menu option again very soon!!!

You will absolutely love Bellagreen. Everything is fresh and so good. The energy is healthy and inspiring. You will definitely enjoy everything. It has a wonderful variety of options. I give them 5 stars and recommend them highly. I’ve never been disappointed
