Improvement
I think the clothing is cute but I don’t like when one catches my eye and I click on it, I look through the pictures of the clothing and I can’t see all sides and angles of the clothing. It I let shows the front, and up close stitching. I want to see the back of the shirt too, and dress. I want to see how it fits on the model and side view of the clothing. I don’t want to order from here without seeing the back, and end up with something silly that I obviously can’t see.

Very unprofessional
Have cute clothes and good prices but I had to ask for a refund but then they signed me out. 🤬 So they took my money..not happy at all
$8 for extremely slow shipping.
So I ordered my first shirt a week and a half ago and I still have not received it which would be fine if it was FREE shipping but the fact I had to pay an addition $8 for one shirt and it’s taken almost 10 days so far and it is still not even in the same state as me???? Generally $8 is the cost of express shipping especially for a single shirt. Shipping should be free for how incredibly slow it is. FedEx two day shopping for something a pound or less is $10 yet these guys are charging $8 for snail mail? Yeah last and first time I will order. What a rip off.

Order never arrived
I placed an order and it never arrived. Emailed them to get a refund or replacement and never got a response back. Don’t order from them they are the worst.
Horrible company!
Worst company ever! If you need to return anything all they’ll offer is like 20% of your money back and then if you try for all your money you’ll waste weeks of negotiating for them to never actually give all of your money back. Don’t waste your money! Clothes are all cheap quality too or fit more like Asian sizing

Not happy at all! Pictures are not what you get in the mail! They tried waiting for everything to get in stock before sending out to me! So I waited a month to receive part of my order! Then I get the rest of my order in a completely different size and already threading! Never will buy from them again

They never gave me back my money after asking for a refund. Order never shipped out and they told me I would receive my money back after 7 days. Of course I never got anything. Then suddenly my bank account was hacked and all my money was stolen shortly after I bought clothes from this scammer company. Don’t buy from here!!!!

Favorite Place to order online
I always love everything I order. I buy all my holiday shirts from Bellelily. For the past 3 years, I have bought my family the same Christmas T-shirt. The sizing is always true to size. I recommend this site often.
Please update your app or fix the problem
Really need to update the app! Very nice clothes but won’t let me verify my email and will not let me add a coupon at checkout. As soon as I hit add coupon, it kicks me completely out of the app and the app shuts down. Frustrating. Because I’d love to order and use the coupon! But I’m done trying. I’ve been trying since yesterday.

Absolutely terrible service I ordered something for my wife 5 minutes later I realized I had ordered the wrong size could not get anybody to respond to change the order then got a email saying it had been shipped now still have not received the order jjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjkkj
