I ordered some things of here for a very special occasion nearly two months ago now and it’s still not here. The parcel is somewhere totally different from my location and as been stuck there. I’ve been back and forth with them and Royal Mail for the past months now, sending proof to them to give me a refund and they are so stingy!!! They don’t want to give a refund for a parcel that as CLEARLY BEEN LOST. Even Royal Mail said so and with the proofs I sent they still won’t. Guys if your thinking of buying from here please don’t or you will never get your parcel and your money back. It’s ridiculous. Worst business I’ve ever ordered from. Never again

I have a lot of these clothes apps dome have the same dresses but you get the best prices and service from here very happy with quality and fit i never buy from high street stores anymore as you get far more for your money and much nicer things on here.

I placed an order which is processing for a long time. Over the expected time. Used the chat to contact them but someone called lexi joined said hi and then disconnected me and I havnt been able to use the chat again!

NEVER DELIVERED PACKAGE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
my package says delivered after 11 days of ZERO update on the tracking of my package. It was NOT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS. I DID NOT get my order, and I want a refund on my money now or I want the package I bought. 2-5 day shipping was promised. I ordered this nearly 3 weeks ago for nothing to show up at my door.

Almost every outfit I clicked on. I noticed that in the reviews because I like to see what the outfit looks like on people that have actually bought it. That it is reviewed by multiple different people and multiple different outfits but the same person or two persons have taken pictures of themselves wearing the outfits that are not flattering on them whatsoever and immediately made me not want to buy anything at all which I will not now. It also made me go and read the reviews on the App Store. You can see that these people take pictures of themselves around the outfits with the same backgrounds plants curtains shoes. And they do not look good at all on these people does not look like the photo of the model at all. And it doesn't fit them very well either. Then when I went to click on Support because I was going to report it to them I noticed that it said frequent ask questions. That stated how can I get back into my Chic Me account. Why can't I login to my Chic Me account. In other questions stating that they were chic me not Bella wholesale.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Firstly this site is actually chic me, a site that is known for scamming and has terrible reviews. Also when you order an item they send the wrong thing or don’t send it at all and refuse to give a refund.
