I’m unable to be verified after my email was confirmed. It says that I need additional verification, but it won’t allow me to move forward?.

I was so excited to try the app from hearing so many good things about it. I went through the sign up process and was brought to the “Verification Needed” screen. It seems I’m not able to go any further than that. It may just be a glitch but until then this is the rating I give this app.
