Not Ready
A lot of reviews have falsely been saying that TB got rid of the Crew App, when it reality it was the new owners of the app that shut it down in favor of their own replacement. Why we didn’t just hop ship onto that one I will never know.
It’s possible that bellhub was something they were working on in the background to go away from Crew etc., but it’s not ready. Can’t DM, no notifications, picture compression is terrible making schedules blurry. No dark mode 😂.
I’m sure in time they’ll add these features but to force us to use this is terrible and we all need to use something else at least temporarily

Terrible
No option for request off, can not private message anyone, can not see who views your post, only way to see schedule is if you post a picture of it. This app is useless. Bring back crew app!
Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work, logs me out. I cannot message or comment to crew members regarding scheduling or anything. Why take away an app that was working perfectly fine for this trash? Do better
Terrible
As a Taco Bell employee this app is terrible. You’re constantly logged out not allowing for any messages or notifications to come through if you aren’t in the app. Need to go back to the Crew App. Made communication between co-workers 100% easier

Hate the hub!
I hate this new app. Bring back crew. I can’t even see the schedule the quality is so bad. I’m trying to hop OFF the hub.
