App used to work all the time and now it fails to load most times I enter it

Face ID doesn’t work and when you use password it times you out. Then I have to drive all the way to the bank and re-fresh it so it could the same thing all over again

Is such a helpful app. Everything is super easy to manage. I am able to do so much on it without getting out of my house.
