The last two days the system has been down intermittently making it difficult to see account balance and complete transfers.

Does not load on mobile

Some times it works and sometimes it don’t!?

A bit antiquated

I love Triangle but though they just did a big revamp, some of the security/holds are so extreme that it restricts usage. Example when my account needed money I wanted to transfer from Venmo but because I was in the negative the system blocked me. So I gained more fees. Everyone in the bank went over and above to guide me. We figured out a solution but to be blocked to add money seems to be too much. I appreciate the idea of great security but we need to strike a balance. Highly recommend this bank.
