A bit antiquated
I love Triangle but though they just did a big revamp, some of the security/holds are so extreme that it restricts usage. Example when my account needed money I wanted to transfer from Venmo but because I was in the negative the system blocked me. So I gained more fees. Everyone in the bank went over and above to guide me. We figured out a solution but to be blocked to add money seems to be too much. I appreciate the idea of great security but we need to strike a balance. Highly recommend this bank.

I canāt access all my memberships from one login.

No longer working
I used to love this app and could deposit all my checks right from my phone. Now it will not take a picture of the backside of the check. I deleted the app and reinstalled and canāt even get the app back on my phone because the phone call to verify my account never comes.

Constant updates always down
The app seems to always be doing updates and never works when I want it too.
Messed up accounting.
I donāt understand your accounting!! I am continuously getting over drafts when I have more than enough monies in my account???? Also, my balances go up and down every day ALL DAY??? I donāt understand what the issue is!! Not a practical way run banking!!! And I have a charge on my card from 9/16 for $34.98 from a ZioDoc and Iāve NEVER authorized this charge and hsve NO IDEA who they are!! No one gets back to me.. FRUSTRATING!!ā

Long time
Iāve been a member of TCU since 2001. I moved to NC in 2017 and I refuse to leave TCU because they have been beyond good to me. Iāve never had a issue with TCU.
App is constantly breaking
At least once a week the app will stop working and say this service is unavailable at this time and I have to wait until itās fixed to use it again

Remote deposits
Lots of trouble doing remote deposits lately. Too many issues. I believe on your end. Screen rotation requires. Won t take good pictures. Making checks unreadable. All in your end! It worked great before. Now last month at least there are issues!!
App update
I just updated my app.. itās been weird for a while. Not signing in or throwing me out. Well all day I havenāt been able to log in and it wonāt do the auto Face ID. I hate this app so much .. and why is there a separate app for the debit cards? Iād rather just use one. Itās be so much more convenient

Un notified Updates
This app has random system updates which doesnāt allow you to go on the app whatās so ever and transfer money. So far twice once in a breakfast place I needed to transfer money to pay but I couldnāt because it was updating and another for gas. Yāall need to set something to notify the user a hour before or something because this a is such a negative for you guys.

Check cashing policies
Your check cashing policy should change. When Iām depositing $80,000 into your account I should be able to use what I want not a little bit every other day itās like youāre taking my money and investing it and then giving it back to me. That is a real estate check which is good from another bank. I am going to change banks because of this Iāve never had this done before at any other bank and I donāt like it now.
