Good for older kids
Very cute app. No sound though which would make it more accessible to younger kids. Has helped older son to have 2 minutes of breathing. Youngest likes watching the cat. We look forward to future improvements.

We’ve listened and the latest version now has improved sound controls, softer cues, and optional background ambience so families can adjust the experience to suit their child.
