User flow needs some fixes
The suspension data the app provides is good, but the user flow to see the data is super frustrating. This was my actual experience using the app for the first time.
Open app > click trail > enter in all my bike and rider info > hit login wall > click sign up > create email and password > click email verification link > back to app > have to enter all my bike and rider info a SECOND time > hit login wall > click log-in > enter email and pass > password is incorrect (should’ve had retype password field in sign up section) > click forgot password > go to email > reset password > go back to app > have to enter all my bike and rider info a THIRD time > hit login wall > click log in > enter email and password > successfully logged in > have to enter all my bike and rider info a FOURTH time > finally I am able to see my suspension results.

Crashing Constantly
Hey Justin,
I am having problems with the app crashing after about 30 seconds every time I open it to use the calculator. Hope you can get that fixed soon.

Missing a lot of bikes, calibrations are off, and unclear instructions.
No Suzuki RM125
Been waiting weeks for them to add my bike and suspension. Don’t look like it’s getting added anytime soon.
Finally an app for riders
Couldnt be happier that someone is taking on himself to code an app to help the motocross community. Its rare and should be treated as such. 5stars guys, thank you so much, keep up the good work

Had no idea where to start on setting up suspension saw this on tik tok and decided to give it a try worked great! Definitely a smoother feeling bike right away! Handy app real easy to use thanks!
Awesome app
Saved me a bunch of time. The developer deserves a ton of respect for this. He actually cares about what the users say in regards to feed back and what should be added. I was having terrible speed wobble once I used the app and got the settings I needed, it all went away. Honestly saved me from getting seriously injured

Can not sign into the app at all I try to sign in it will say successful, but will not let me see my results and when I sign back and it says firebase issue

I ride a ktm 200 xcw and I is not on here they are missing a lot of bikes.
Won’t work
App won’t even work put in my info and just crashes
iphone xr compatability
app is great but when using iphone xr the top part of the screen gets cut off so you cant press the buttons

Everytime i press calculate to get results the app crashes and takes me to the home screen of my phone.

Love the update, I don’t necessarily use the suspension but I found that the rest and hydration calculator is very useful!

Doesnt work for kx450 or kx250
App is a great idea just refuses to work for either both my bike kx 250 and 450. Works for every other random bike i tried tho
Very close to perfect
I have a sponsorship through a suspension company and they do most of this for me. This app spit out almost identical numbers to what the professionals do for me. This is as close as you can get to a professional suspension without the cost. Amazing!!

Saw the video on TikTok for this app. Signed up to use it. Seems to work and give good advice. There are a couple issues. I had to put my info in 3 times to get results (after you put your info in it resets the app back to the main screen. 2nd time I put the info in it asked me to sign in, which I did and then it takes you back to the main screen. The 3rd time finally got me the results/settings recommendation). Biggest issue I had was that the recommended settings aren't correct for my bikes rear shock (2023 RM450). The showa BFRC shock doesn't have low speed compression or high speed compression. It just has compression and rebound. The recommended settings show low speed/high speed settings. I'm sure this app will get better with updates and I will rate higher once things get resolved.

I ride a Ktm 125 and had trouble finding settings for my specific weight. Thanks for making this so easy for me to get it right 🤗
Good just one issue
Love the app works amazing and bike feels great only issue is I think logging in should be a priority when you open the app bc it took me three tries to get my data because when I first did the sign up it reset my data then I put it in and made me log in after that the ad would let me close it so I had to do it a third time dosent bother me one but but might bother others is all other than that it’s amazing would recommend 👍
