Not Valid Email

Love the service & until recently, the app. It will not allow me to use my email I signed up with @ my personal website. I have called & was told I needed to use one of the big brand name free email accounts. I did to get access to our router. Was told I can change email in app after to previous email. Not true. Still not able to use the correct email account. I contacted my hosting service for my email & all setting are correct and valid. This is a big flaw in the updated app. This needs to be fixed. If the same email lockdowns are added to their payment app, my family will not receive any bills or have access to pay due to our emails being locked out and not deemed “valid”.
