Bring back old feature
You used to be able to put the cellphone on do not disturb without affecting the linked desk phone. The latest update removed that feature now in order to stop calls from going through to the cell phone both the cell phone and desk phone have to be on do not disturb. iPhone setting are changed to not allow notifications and calls still come through.

Old app better
With this update I can no longer see new messages. How do I go back to an older version?
Terrible app
The “old” app was more efficient. This new app does not provide Caller ID when you receive an inbound call. It also does not always connect inbound calls. It will show on the “Hard” phone you have a inbound call however on the app it will not show it and it doesn’t show that you missed the call either. I have troubleshot this at least once a week with my service provider and it is still not functioning correctly. They have removed multiple features from the old app to this “new” one and it’s terrible.
