Worst app ever
I literally never saw any job listings. I created an account and I was immediately blocked and said I didn’t have any jobs offers in my area. A Friend told me to look for jobs on here because it was a really good app horrible waist of my time especially when it comes to the support system.

Haven’t been paid for any shift that I worked so far, have worked 6 shifts.

Horrible app, horrible support , there’s no one to talk with, no one is answering in the chat they don’t have an office to go to no one answers the calls, never seen something like that before, do not waste your time with them.
Useless “hospitality” app
Rude people work here, they just disconnected zoom interview in 5 minutes, after I started talking about my experience. I spent my time for register in this app, in the first interview no one got in touch at all, and in the second he just disconnected me in 3 minutes without say any word and goodbye! pretending bad internet connection? This is your real hospitality service?
P.S. It seems like this is a couple of rough guys laundering investors’ money on their crappy failed and useless startup.

These App is a Joke
Waited almost a hour for interview
They never showed up 3 times
Messaged and Andy responded saying I was never in the waiting room, I was there all three times no one never showed up.
The next day the message within the app said I was no longer considered for work.
I passed all the test and application was excepted, now it’s saucing I’m not.
Someone needs to look into the the ones doing the interviews something definitely not right

Horrible “rule”
So a gig workers turned me on to this app. Went the whole process until the I9 part. 9 minutes until my time but had a family emergency right then in there. Tried to reschedule but the appointment was cancelled and I was removed from the platform entirely. Later looked at your rules and I find it to be a joke. So you mean to tell me that after interviewing someone with years upon years of experience that you haven’t even given a chance to completely onboard and work get the boot because they didn’t show to the verification process? Wouldn’t accept my explanation and just forget you. Will spread the news far and wide to never download or even work for CompassGroup. No wonder your app has less than 2 stars! You all talk about guest service but forget that the potential 1099 folk are people too!

Bench finders
This app is weird. Never a rep to contact u on a issue once they decide to make decision. U pretty much axx out. I read the contract it dont say anything bout that u can work threw the bench app. And work full time. These guys are joke. Dont waste your time chef for dishwashing positions. Lol.

Im in dfw no jobs and this city is huge and my availability is 24/7 and selected all jobs so that shows you they have no to very limited work - bg check took a month - support has like 3-4 people and they never ever respond it’s like the company just starting and they don’t have job contracts yet I haven’t been able to talk to a real person since the interview

Dishwasher/prep
I had a I-9 interview last week and I was on call at my scheduled time but no one from bench was online at scheduled time. Sent email and called to find out what happened. Someone came online 40 minutes later! Spoke to bench rep & we both tried to work through issues with camera on both our ends. My issues persisted & I was told to reschedule appointment. I did reschedule for another date. No problems Date was just canceled and I was removed from app for no show from previous date!! I did show up! I was removed from app for issue on their end as they have not worked out all of the the bugs!

Hey Just downloaded this app went to the interview did the background check it said it would take 6 days to come back so tomorrow I should know rather I got approve are not but besides that in the interview the lady said if I have any questions to text the chat I’ve text multiple times no one never responds at all also y’all have no number for customers this app needs lot of work this sad that that this app only have two stars that’s tells people a lot already if y’all could read these reviews and actually put the customers first do right by people start replying to these chats you wouldn’t have two stars soon this app won’t even exist anymore

Make good money BUT…
So I have been using this app for almost a year and it’s a good way to make money BUT… My issues is after my first gig, the app start acting up. It won’t let me clock in for the gigs and then after the gig is over, says I never showed up. So now I have to wait until Monday for them to correct the issue and then I end up getting paid late. I don’t like that. Just annoying that I have to go through that. Now I gotta take a picture showing that I was present and so on and then the fact that they don’t work on the weekends is kind of frustrating honestly. I feel like they need someone for the weekend to assist in these matters. Also, I feel like payroll should be added to the app, so we can view that also.

Terrible staff
Andy, Bryant and Shanira used to respond to me and now they don’t even have decency to respond to anything I send these people. The app has become a completely disgusting space where those people pretend to be there for you and don’t do jacksquat. Nothing but the worst and I’m upset I ever did business with these people

Around two months in before I started getting any gigs, this is the seventh gig I’ve got, excepted every one… and every time at the end it has a button to “confirm shift” under future gigs… i have the iPhone 12 pro max fully up-to-date, so is this app. But when I hit confirm no matter how many times I hit it and refresh it, it stays in the future side and then I get a text moments later saying they remove me from the shift because I “ didn’t confirm it” all the support staff seem like bots they don’t respond all the sudden and yet the first encounter I had with one they were rude so I think now they’re just being dodgy and shady. I explain this to multiple of them, they never respond despite being active, and then have the nerve to message me removing me from another shift because i “again” “ didn’t confirm it” despite the fact that… yk… i did. Has so much potential if they really do pay as good as they say, they do in are affiliated with this many places. I’m good at these jobs. But I have plenty of them that actually work never mind consistency. Ya’ll need to get your stuff together seriously. Talk about unprofessional.

They ignore you
I went through the whole process, the interview, and it all stopped at the background check. I have been literally waiting for months for the app or the agents to complete my background check. Whereas on other apps it takes no longer than 2 days. I’ve messaged their “team” inside the app and they are actively ignoring me. They basically give you hopes and then ignore you.

I can’t believe I’m still insisting to get in this nonsense app. How can you make people go through all theirs job assessments. Judge them on their answers and dismissed them without letting them anymore chance if there’s a slight failure. However that’s not the things I want to talk about. Because I tried with another email and phone number because I was determined. After 30 minutes doing all the assessments and giving my infos and succeed now time for the interview. OMG first interview as soon as I get on the zoom call the Host removed me… Reschedule again but asked them on the quick message in their app why I was removed no answer from them lol. Second date Got in the call again after waiting 10 minutes got removed again… Ask them again got an answer saying I must display my real names because that’s why which I did for my last chance to reschedule because you can’t reschedule more than 2 times the third times you will be denied directly. Reschedule AGAIN CHANGED MY NAME WAS DRESSED PROFESSIONALLY AND WAS 5 minute early for the meeting. This time I Waited 52 minutes YES 52 MINUTES in the waiting room and GOT REMOVED BY THE HOST AGAIN. I can’t believe this must be a joke. After 52 MINUTES WAITING I GOT REMOVED FOR THE 3rd TIMES. And you can only get on the link once They do not accept Reconnect. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED OF THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND THE LACK OF MANAGEMENT AND CONSIDERATION. It is because I have an African Name?? They made me question myself about My whole existence I SHOULD NEVER EVER HAVE WAISTED MY TIME LIKE THAT. Shame on YOU.
