Works worse than it did in 2017

I’ve unfortunately had to use this app for work since 2017. Back in 2017 it worked about 30% of the time. Now, 2024, with full service AND WiFi this app works AT BEST 15% of the time!

Consistently needs bug fixes

Bad review b/c it hardly ever works and no matter if you are in WiFi or not the app constantly buffers and may even log you out as you try to key in information. It takes a very long time to load as well.

Because functionality it is a good app to use for what it says it’s for only if it works correctly.

Company I work for has been using it for a while however the same issues still remain.
