Transaction history does not update
I have used this app countless times and even redeemed vouchers from it however the points does update and the transaction history does not get updated. What a scam
YOU SHOULD NOT REQUIRE AN APP TO PAY VIA QR!!!
Bench branch in SM SJDM insists the app is required to process QRPH payments. Not only is this wrong, it is downright illegal to require having an app just so you can use a UNIVERSAL method of payment!!! Fix your system Bench!
App initialization failure
Says its due to internet issues. I can use other apps except this one and it keeps showing “cannot initialize because internet connection failire”
Needs improvement
This app isn’t very well designed. The shop tab opens the browser, which defeats the purpose of having the app. UI elements like the sign up/login button don’t stand out against the background, making it straining on the eyes. The slow loading on every single screen (even for basic things that should be cached) is annoying as well.
