Transaction history does not update
I have used this app countless times and even redeemed vouchers from it however the points does update and the transaction history does not get updated. What a scam

Bench branch in SM SJDM insists the app is required to process QRPH payments. Not only is this wrong, it is downright illegal to require having an app just so you can use a UNIVERSAL method of payment!!! Fix your system Bench!
App initialization failure
Says its due to internet issues. I can use other apps except this one and it keeps showing “cannot initialize because internet connection failire”
Needs improvement
This app isn’t very well designed. The shop tab opens the browser, which defeats the purpose of having the app. UI elements like the sign up/login button don’t stand out against the background, making it straining on the eyes. The slow loading on every single screen (even for basic things that should be cached) is annoying as well.

Doesnt work
Cant see what im typing as the font is also white on white background and ive registered but cannot login afterwards. It says no acct yet but when i try to reregister its saying it already is.

Please fire your developer. Created an account today and tried logging in. Nothing happens after keying in the OTP.
Lousy app
Created an account and process took forever. When I finally was done, tried to log in and couldn’t! Kept on saying i wasnt a member yet 🤦♀️ Tried again this evening and was able to get to the next step of the log-in process (sending and inputting of OTP) but couldnt move past it no matter how many times I try.

Limited log in options
I tried logging in using my mobile number. Was told my account is connected w a social medai account and that i should log in using such. The thing is, ive been off facebook for years and do not remember my password anymore.
It doesnt also provide options for new sign ups either, as my mobile number is already connected to an account. No Help buttong either. No forgot password option too.

Kept on going back to send otp after logging then i got an error message saying you blocked my device to log in due to unusual activity. What a dumb app
How To Link Existing Card
Upon registering, it automatically generated new virtual card and no option to link existing card. No support nor FAQ available. Would have been great if you will allow customers not to lose points they earned prior to this.

It’s a never ending cycle of entering your phone number, receiving and entering the pin and then nothing happens.....until you receive a notice that the device is blocked and just try again later.
