New update continually crashes when trying to open on iPad - now completely unusable
Latest update won’t load
Latest update won’t load at all. Installed latest iOS, rebooted phone, offloaded app and reinstalled. Nothing works.

Gotten better but frustrating
A lot of the bugs have been fixed. While there are still some bugs related to UI glitches the tho by that pisses me off the most is we had to wait for years for dark mode, and in return they took away the FIRE and GOAT emoji reactions trying to force you into paying for it. It’s such a petty thing to do to your customers.

Great for teams
I’ve been using BenchApp for several years and it’s been the best app for managing team schedules. I love that you can now have parents/children on the team. My only complaint is that if you don’t pay to upgrade the teams on the schedule will only show in blue or green no matter how many teams you have. I just wish each different team were a different color.

Long time user – this app is great!
I’ve been using BenchApp for about 10 years, and the paid version for about the last five years. As a team rep and as a player, this is the best app for hockey that I have used.

They spam with optional emails which you can’t unsubscribe from. I’ve got 67 emails from their app just in 1 week. Their support said they can’t do anything about it.
Free is great, pro even better
We use this for our ice hockey club and it works great. We organize weekly skates and events and find it to be a highly integral part of what we do and can do. John is very responsive from the team.
Great idea but glitchy
The app itself is a great idea but I (or my team) never receive notifications. For that reason, I give it a low rating. Switching to a different app for my ball team.

Except team software
Excellent team software we have been using this for two years and it’s been pretty much Seamless I would suggest that to anyone. Great tool for organization very low maintenance. Constant updates well done team BenchApp five stars for me. You’re my MVP for the season.
No Tennis
Should be a no brainer and easy add since pickleball is already there

Bench App quick feedback
When a game is full, waitlist players should have priority, but right now:
• they don’t get notified when spots open
• they often can’t join even if they’re space.
• spare invites, let other players jump ahead of them.
This makes it unfair for the people who signed up first.
Simple fix:
• notify waitlist when a spot opens.
• let them claim spots first
(first come, first serve served)
• don’t allow spare invites to override the waitlist.
This would make things way more fair and reduce manual work for organizers.

Constant Spam
I have turned off all notifications in all settings, including per-team settings, but your app still sends me many emails about “hey set attendance for a game”.
Please Remove ride request. One star until this happens.
I keep getting ppl asking for rides to games im not even attending. No way to turn off the notification. I never want to be asked for a ride this way and for games or teams im not even attending.
Bare Bones
This app does the bare bones for team game scheduling, but why does it need to cost $9/month just to get a push notification to my phone on a game day? Silly.
