The login process fails to remember I have selected Face-ID. The app wants read/write access to photos. It only needs Read.

Login credentials work on web browser but do not work in App. Maddening.

Takes extremely long to upload claim. Last year it worked wonderfully but this year it took almost 10 minutes to upload with 3 receipts!
Don’t use this.
Receipt upload doesn’t make your approval go through. You will waste a lot of time.
Overkill
The security requirements are ridiculous. I have no idea why the passwords often don’t work. I often must reset the password. Then, I have to verify with a security code when I want to make a withdrawal. Didn’t I already confirm my identity by logging in? The use of this app is cumbersome and irritating.

I love having quick and easy access to my HSA. Submitting expenses for reimbursement is quick and simple.
Good App - Please Add Touch ID
App works as expected. Would like to see Touch ID for login instead of having to type your password.

This app is so easy to use! I was able to quickly check my HSA balance when waiting at the doctor office. It was also super easy to find a claim for my daughters daycare. Took less than a minute! I will be using this app often!
