Any time I try to use Face ID within this app it crashes. iPhone 16 Pro Max on iOS 18.

The app crashes every time I try to enable FaceID at login or within the app, or while trying to access some pages within the app.

Can’t log in anymore

I can’t log in anymore and I’ve tried everything. Even deleted it off my phone and readied the app. Says unable to log you in with biometrics.
I’m able to log in to regular website but not the app.

I can’t tell you how many times I have had to reset everything that I’m probably locked out and it’s not told me yet. I even tried to reinstall several times.
