Balances
I am disappointed with the untimely manner in which balances are posted online. Mizzou posted immediately after the expenditure.
Also, my recent transfer occurred 1 day earlier. This is not good because If I had not checked, I would have been overdrawn.

Late payment notification
I think it's sad that a bank will blow your phone up via phone calls and text messages when you're late on a payment, but won't bother to give a courtesy call or text to remind you that your payment is due in three days or five days or one day for that matter. But then proclaim about how you care so much about your members.

My beef is the app. It says I must update. Go to update, it takes me to the AppStore with no option to update. Only open or share. Try to report the problem and none of the 3 options are remotely close to what I am dealing with. Contact? Another rabbit hole.
Unable to track balance
The New App does not show the balance after each transaction. This is a serious problem. I hate this. Why are they not show the balance after each transaction?
Never works
This app is terrible, it never lets you transfer, make payments or send messages. If you’re planning on using this app for convenience you better plan on going to a branch in person for everything. If you go to login on the support website it throws an error code.
